Kal-adiama
working for future

Created in 2018, Kal-Adiama is an association made up of young people, women and leaders from the rural community of Alafia – Timbuktu region.

Initially, the association was created to respond to the lack of communication between the nomadic communities and the technical services of the Government on the one hand and other actors who could support them. The association therefore aims to advise and guide the communities towards organizations and structures working to reduce their vulnerabilities in terms of access to water, hygiene, health, education, documentation, etc

The Kal-Adiama association remains available for all fruitful partnerships and / or collaborations leading to the achievement of its objectives..

The priority objectives are

Help to bring back peace and social cohesion between all the populations of Timbuktu

Encourage reforms in current governance.

Inclusiveness in the implementation of the program of social and cultural economic development (PDESEC) at the municipal level.

Sensitize communities on the rights and duties vis-à-vis the rule of law.

“The land belongs to the future.”
